Privy Expands Support for TRON with Enhanced Wallet and Payment Infrastructure for Developers

TRON DAO, a community-governed organization focused on driving internet decentralization through blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps), announced that Privy is broadening its support for the TRON network, providing developers and enterprises with advanced tools to scale financial applications.

Through this enhanced integration, builders can leverage Privy to create and oversee wallets and financial products on TRON, benefiting from upgraded transaction, policy, transfer, and monitoring features. Developers can programmatically build, sign, and broadcast supported TRON transactions, track wallet activity and on-chain events utilizing balance and transaction webhooks, and apply policy controls to establish spending caps, recipient allowlists, and rules for approving or restricting transactions. Furthermore, Transfers APIs allow supported assets on TRON to be shifted programmatically.

Combined, these features supply companies with the necessary infrastructure to launch and manage stablecoin payment systems, treasury workflows, wallets, and additional on-chain financial offerings on TRON.

“TRON has become an important network for stablecoin activity globally, and we want to make it as easy as possible for developers to build on that foundation,” said Justin Sun, Founder of TRON. “By deepening our integration with Privy, we’re giving teams more of the infrastructure they need to bring payments, treasury, and other financial products on-chain.”

TRON has emerged as a primary global network for stablecoin transfers, with cumulative transfer volume on the platform nearing $30 trillion. Its underlying architecture is increasingly adopted for treasury functions and payments, with firms like Onafriq and Paystack already developing wallet and treasury applications using Privy and TRON.

“We’re seeing more companies use TRON to move stablecoins across borders and build new financial products, particularly in markets where USDT is already an important part of how money moves,” said Henri Stern, CEO and co-founder of Privy. “Deepening our support for TRON gives these teams more of the infrastructure they need to build and operate at scale.”

This expansion arrives amid rising demand for stablecoin infrastructure capable of powering real-world financial activities. By merging Privy’s developer and wallet infrastructure with TRON’s stablecoin ecosystem, enterprises can construct applications geared toward treasury administration, payments, and other on-chain financial processes.
